'After recording our first single we wanted to distribute our music to retail outlets, the press and the radio. Platform was able to provide everything we required and more at an excellent price.
After signing up for the service, we were very impressed with the results of the single's initial promotion. We received large numbers of unbiased reviews from newspapers and various websites and the single was frequently played on national radio, including XFM, Radio Scotland and Northsound.
In conjunction with the promotion, Platform organized the distribution of the single to various stores ready for sales on its release date, notably HMV, Amazon and iTunes as well as many other online stores. We encountered no problems during the distribution process. They also registered us with the UK charts company and helped us out with any required paperwork.
When the single was released it reached number 23 in the UK indie charts on its first week. We continue to hear our songs on the radio and it has been played on Soccer AM on Sky Sports on numerous occasions. Platform has been excellent at tracking any royalties. Payments have been swift and the invoices are self explanatory.
We believe our current success wouldn't have been possible without Platform's services and their list of contacts. We highly recommend Platform for its personal and first class service.
